1. General Information
- Anusthan Kendra is an online platform that enables devotees to book pujas, anushthans, and temple offerings performed by verified and experienced Vedic priests at recognized temples across India.
- By using our website or booking services, you agree that all pujas will be conducted as per Vedic rituals, and the results or spiritual outcomes may vary depending on personal faith and belief.
2. Booking and Payment
- All puja and service bookings must be made through AnusthanKendra.com or our official communication channels.
- Once a puja is booked, the payment is non-refundable, as arrangements and temple rituals are initiated immediately after confirmation.
- In case of any booking errors (such as wrong name, gotra, or puja type), please inform us within 24 hours of booking via email or WhatsApp.
All prices mentioned on the website are inclusive of priest dakshina, puja samagri, temple offering, and courier charges for prasad or aashirwad box (if applicable).
3. Puja Process
- Every puja or anushthan is conducted by qualified purohits in accordance with Vedic scriptures and temple protocols.
- Devotees will receive:
- A confirmation message with booking details.
- A video of the puja or live stream link (if applicable).
- A Prasad or Aashirwad Box couriered to their registered address.

- Delivery times for prasad may vary depending on the temple location and postal services.
4. Live and Recorded Puja
- For dedicated or live pujas, we make every effort to provide smooth video access. However, technical issues such as network interruptions or temple restrictions may occasionally affect streaming.
- In such cases, devotees will receive a recorded video of their puja within 3–5 working days.
5. Temple Associations
- Anusthan Kendra works in collaboration with authorized and independent temple priests.
- We act as a facilitator for organizing and managing the puja logistics on behalf of devotees.
We are not responsible for any decisions, delays, or management done by the respective temple authorities.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Once a puja is booked and payment is made, cancellations are not permitted.
- Refunds are only considered in rare cases such as:
- Duplicate payment made accidentally.
- Puja not performed due to unavoidable circumstances from our end.

- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
- Your personal information (name, gotra, contact details, address) is collected only to perform your puja and deliver prasad.
- We respect your privacy and do not share your personal information with any third party except for temple authorities or courier partners involved in your service.

8. Limitation of Liability
- Anusthan Kendra does not guarantee specific results or outcomes from any puja, as spiritual effects depend on individual faith, karma, and divine will.
- We are not liable for any delay, loss, or damage caused due to courier, postal delays, or unavoidable circumstances.
9. Changes to Terms
- Anusthan Kendra reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
