1. Overview
At Anusthan Kendra, each puja and anushthan is performed with utmost devotion and as per authentic Vedic rituals by our experienced priests.
Since all services are customized and spiritually executed, our refund and cancellation policy follows sacred and transparent guidelines.
2. Service Nature
All our puja services are customized and non-returnable. Once a booking is confirmed and the puja process has begun (Sankalp taken in your name and gotra), it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
However, in case of any technical issues or double payment, we ensure a fair resolution as per the terms below.
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may request cancellation within 12 hours of booking, provided the puja process has not yet started.
- Once the priest has taken the Sankalp or the ritual has commenced, no cancellation or refund will be possible.
- To request cancellation, please email us at support@anusthankendra.com with your order details.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- The amount was deducted but the booking was not confirmed.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same booking.
- The puja could not be conducted due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Items/Services
- Completed puja or anushthan services.
- Prasad or Aashirwad Box once dispatched.
- Any offerings made to temples or deities during the puja.
